How we handle your photos, orders and privacy.
The short version of everything below: your photos are yours, we're upfront about pricing and delivery, and we fix our own mistakes.
Your photos
Only to complete your order. Files aren't shared beyond what's needed to print, restore or process your request.
Files are kept for as long as needed to complete and support your order. Ask our staff about current retention if you'd like a file deleted sooner.
Collecting or receiving your order
Yes. When you order online you can choose courier delivery — Tk 100 within Dhaka, Tk 150 outside Dhaka — or collect your order from our Dhanmondi studio. You can still order in person too.
Most visa, ID and standard print orders are ready the same visit. Restoration and bulk or professional work is quoted with its own timeline.
Paying for your order
Online orders are paid in advance by bKash or Nagad. Choose your method at checkout and our team will confirm your final total and contact you to complete the payment before anything is printed. In the studio, you can pay in person.
If something's wrong with your order
If something's wrong because of an error on our side, we'll make it right — a reprint or a refund. Talk to our staff directly and we'll sort it out.
Acceptance isn't guaranteed by us
We prepare your photo to each destination's current published requirements, but final acceptance always rests with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority — not with Photohut. See Visa & ID Photos for current requirements by destination.
